Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Varo products in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking number is scanned to begin the verification process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
